For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege of walking alongside women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. My approach to care is rooted in relationship, clinical discernment, and a deep respect for the physiologic process of birth.

I believe the best care is both clinically sound and deeply personal. My goal is not simply to help families have babies, but to provide steady support, thoughtful guidance, and a space where they feel known and cared for every step of the way.

My Journey Into Midwifery

My path into birth work began in 2006 and has included years of learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Over time, what began as an interest became a calling.

I completed three years of hands-on midwifery training and earned an Associate's degree in Midwifery from National College of Midwifery before obtaining my certification as a Certified Professional Midwife.

Practicing in Georgia has only strengthened my belief that families deserve access to safe, individualized, relationship-centered maternity care. I believe community-based midwifery plays an important role in supporting healthy, low-risk families and preserving physiologic birth in the appropriate setting.

Birth, to me, is not only physical, but deeply spiritual. I consider it a privilege to witness the strength, vulnerability, and transformation that accompany the journey into parenthood.

  • Licensed Midwife (Utah)

  • Graduate of National College of Midwifery with an Associate’s of Science in Midwifery

  • 3 year midwifery apprenticeship in Georgia

  • 5-week out-of-state internship in midwifery

  • In birth work since 2006

  • Current CPR, BLS, and NRP certifications
